So this Orwellian, weird, possibly genius idea puts people with cctv cameras that don't have people watching their footage with bored people who want to stop crime and earn a quid or two. You register and then you can watch cctv footage and if you happen to spot a crime being committed you flag it up and get up to £1000. It's kinda weird and kinda horrible. I blog it because I think it's pretty interesting when put into the context of tommy t's project- or just as technology surveillance for entertainment or I don't know what.
