2020, Method

We worked closely with a private equity client to develop a data insights platform. We co-created a future vision for Athena, an initiative that brings together data from portfolio companies allowing identification of value creation opportunities. We needed to establish what the product should be, who its users were and what they required. We also needed to effectively sell the idea of what Athena could be longterm to get senior stakeholder buy-in. 

We created a clickable prototype, a product walk through video and an executive presentation. This led to a second phase where we refined the design and defined experience principles. We established a component library and worked with developers to build the first iteration of the platform.
